My Reflection

Math:This week in math we have been filling in the spot for the  end of the year.I like how we are getting the spot in math but it will never be my best thing at school but I will keep.

Reading:This week in reading we have been filling in the spot in reading so it has been fun.Reading has been my favorite thing in school so far in my life so it is my favorite.

Writing:This we in writing we have been doing free writing.I like writing but is not my best thing at school so I am not the best.

Math:This week in math we have been on timing decimals by ten.The first time I heard the word times decimals I thought that was not going to get it but when I stared to do it I got and I just keep going and it is easy to me now and that was math.

Reading:This week in reading we have been working on the same thing we do every so it is getting a bit boring so I want something new to come to the reading program at school.

Writing:This week in writing we have been working on our free writing.I have already finish my writing and it is ready to be printed.

Math:This week in math we got back into division.I have forgotten how to get the answer and timings into the number we are divide.Math is okay but is not my best thing at school but I try my best at it to try and understand it more.

Reading:In reading this week we have not been doing much so I can't tell you much.Reading is is my best thing at school.

Writing:This week in writing we have been working free writing.Writing has been my middle thin at school so I have been okay at it

athletics

Athletics

Last Friday we had senior athletics at TA velodrome.When got there we had to in house in the middle of field to hear what our first activity was.My one shot put which is not my idea of staring the day at athletics.I through I would stink at it but it turn out I was pretty good at it after all.The next activity was high jump which is my best activity because I'v got long leg that I can lift up very high so I can get quit high.Then we had middle distance which is running around the velodrome two times and I don't know how hard it is running around the velodrome two times so that was my worse activity.My fourth activity was discus which is one of my best activity in athletics because it is one when you can get your arm exercising in not just one way there is a lot of way. fifth activity was sprint.In my heat I got third which is pretty good for me but to get into the final so I just missed out by 2 CM.Our last activity was long jump which is one of not so good activity so I didn't get a good in point but tried my best.

Book week

Book Week

Monday:On Monday was the the book quiz.The quiz was a lot of fun in my team it was called mad max.My team came second which was the mad max and we were 2 points of winning but it fun when we did it.

Tuesday:On Tuesday we went to take a look at the book fair.I took a little look at all the book in the fair.I found a lot of books that I would like to reading.I wanted to get a a something to have in my desk at school.

Wednesday:On Wednesday we had people come to school to tell us how much they love reading and they came to read to us.it was fun to hear about how much the love reading.At lunch time on Wednesday our grandparents come and have lunch and read more book with us.I like hanging out with my nan because she all of biscuit that she us eat. After we had lunch we went to he book fair to buy a book.

Thursday:Thursday was the snuggle up for the end of the book fair but I didn't go because i had tennis so I don't know what it was like so I can't tell you about it so Thursday.

Friday:It time for the book fair to leave so it was a sad day.

Math:This week in math we have been working on decimals.I think that decimals are pretty nice when you get to know them well and know what you are doing with them.Math has never been my favorite thing at school.

reading:This week in reading we have working on getting information about the main person in your book.It was easy finding the main person but getting the information about the person was the hard part of the activity.Reading has been my favorite thin at school.

Writing:This week in writing we have been proof reading to make sure they make sense.The errors were the hard to find but I could find a few.Writing has always been my middle thing at school.

Math:This week in math we have been working on a decimals worksheet.I didn't really know what the sheet was asking me at first then I read through a few times then I could understand it a bit better so I just did it.

Reading:This week in reading we been working on our reading rotations. After 3 term in room 8 I know how things work around here so that all I need to say here.

Writing: this week in writing we had to write A thank you letter for camp.I'm not the best at letters so I try my best to write it as best as I can.In the end it turn out to be pretty good

Camp Reflection

Camp Reflection

This term the year 5 and 6 went on a camp the a horse ranch in Rotoura .There was a whole lot of fun activity that we can do. Mud run,kayaking, horse riding,raft building,slug gun shooting,savager hunt,indoor rock climbing and orienteering.I think that my favorite one was the mud run because it very challenging and it was very fun but it through a lake and creeks.I keep on tripping over logs and stone but in the end I was okay.The one I didn't like that much was orienteering because I did not know how to use a compose and I did not know what the person who was running it.That was my camp reflection.👍👍

Math: This week in math did fraction,decimals and percentage.I did not know what to do a few weeks A go but now I am feeling good at it now.Math is not my strong point but don't my mind it that much.

Reading:This week in reading we did a lot of blog updates.I like doing my blog but when I have to do five blog updates in A week it gets a little hard for me.

Writing:This week in writing we had to write poem.I not good that good at writing poem but I tried. 

End of term review

😫End of term review😫

This term we did a lot of thing like static image,production and rugby vs Hamilton east.Static image was easy to understand but hard to do in the book like color emotion that was A hard one.Now production that  is A hard one because it was A little scare at first but when we first preform I click in to the set up.Finally the rugby that was my best thing I did this term.The year 5 team  rack up the other year 5 team but it was great time.So I had A term.
